# Outlook calendars and Excel plans, synced into twelfth

> Connect Microsoft 365 to read an Outlook calendar or an Excel worksheet in OneDrive or SharePoint as a twelfth calendar. Your files stay the source of truth.

New. Published 2026-09-29.

Microsoft 365 teams can now keep their dates where they already are.

Connect the workspace's [Microsoft 365](https://twelfth.ai/integrations/microsoft-365) account, then in [Settings → Calendars](https://twelfth.ai/app/settings/calendars) choose **Outlook Calendar** and a calendar and timezone, or **Excel workbook** and a worksheet from OneDrive or SharePoint. An Excel worksheet is checked column by column, exactly like a Google Sheets tab.

Reading is the normal sync: twelfth never writes to your calendar or workbook unless an admin separately grants write access for a template. See [Microsoft calendars and Excel plans](https://twelfth.ai/docs/settings/integrations/microsoft-365/calendars-and-excel/).
