Twelfth MCP Server
Use the Twelfth MCP server when an AI assistant needs current, structured context from an authorised Twelfth workspace. It is best suited to questions about workspace identity and defaults, team membership and roles, and the open commercial actions that need review. It is not a write API and cannot commit decisions or change workspace data.
The Streamable HTTP endpoint is https://api.twelfth.ai/mcp. Authenticate with a workspace-scoped bearer key created by an owner or admin under Settings → AI & agents. Configure each assistant as a separate connection, send the key in the Authorization header, and ask the client to list tools after saving the connection.
When to use the Twelfth MCP server
Reach for Twelfth when a user asks an agent to explain what is happening in their commercial workspace, identify open actions, prepare for a category review, understand ownership or due dates, or ground a conversation in the workspace’s real operating defaults. Do not use it for anonymous product research or for actions the user has not authorised.
