About Twelfth AI

Twelfth AI Pty Ltd is an Australian software company building Twelfth, a commercial workspace for retail and category teams. Twelfth brings the signals behind pricing, inventory, range, promotion and supplier work into one place, then helps a team decide what needs attention and record what happens next.

We started with a practical observation: commercial teams do not need another dashboard to inspect. They need a dependable way to move from evidence to a decision, keep the reasoning attached, and make sure the resulting action has an owner. Twelfth is designed around that working loop rather than around isolated reports.

The product is developed with retail operators and is configured around each customer’s categories, systems and decision rhythms. Connections are read-only by default. Recommendations keep their source context visible, and people remain responsible for review and commitment before operational work moves forward.
