Twelfth Webhooks
Twelfth can send each committed decision to a webhook on your side, so an order, price change or stock transfer reaches your own systems as soon as a person approves it. Webhooks are available now, and we set them up with you: contact us with the system that should receive them and the decisions you want sent.
Each delivery is a JSON POST carrying the decision lines for that destination. Every request includes an idempotency key and a timestamp, and when a shared secret is set it is signed with an HMAC-SHA256 signature over the raw body, so your endpoint can check the request came from Twelfth. Reply 200 to acknowledge, optionally returning your own reference for each line; anything else is treated as a failed attempt and retried.
Twelfth also receives signed webhooks from providers such as Shopify. Those endpoints belong to the managed connector, and their payload and lifecycle follow the provider’s contract, so do not build against them.
