Questions before you install.
- Do I need a twelfth account?
- Yes. Google Chat connects to an existing twelfth workspace. If your team does not use twelfth yet, book a demo at twelfth.ai/book-a-demo.
- Is it in the Google Workspace Marketplace?
- Not yet. Until the listing is live, contact twelfth and we will make the app available to your domain.
- What if twelfth doesn't recognise me?
- Use the one-time sign-in link in its reply. If only the connecting person is recognised, ask your Google Workspace admin to turn on contact sharing in the directory settings.
- Can the answers be wrong?
- twelfth uses large language models to write its answers, and AI-generated answers can contain mistakes. Check important figures against your source data before acting on them.
