- Do I need a twelfth account?
- Yes. The Slack app connects a Slack workspace to an existing twelfth workspace. If your team does not use twelfth yet, book a demo at twelfth.ai/book-a-demo.
- Who can install it?
- A twelfth owner or admin. Add to Slack signs you in to twelfth and opens Slack's approval screen. Your Slack workspace may also require a Slack admin to approve new apps.
- Which Slack plans does it work on?
- Channel mentions, direct messages and /twelfth work on every Slack plan, including free. The agent view in Slack's AI app panel needs a paid Slack plan.
- Can the answers be wrong?
- twelfth uses large language models to write its answers, and AI-generated answers can contain mistakes. Check important figures against your source data before acting on them.
- How do I remove it?
- Choose Disconnect under Settings → Comms & chat → Slack in twelfth, which also revokes the app's Slack token, or remove the app from your Slack workspace's app settings.
