Slack

Slack is a Comms & chat provider — a place Twelfth
posts to, not a system it reads from. Reach it from Settings → Comms & chat →
Slack. Only workspace owners and admins can connect or disconnect Slack.

Connect Slack

Choose Add to Slack and complete the Slack consent screen to install the
Twelfth app into your Slack workspace. Once you approve, the workspace shows as
Connected.

Manage

Once connected, open Manage to reach the Slack integration page:

• Workspace — the connected Slack workspace.
• Channels — search your channels and open any one in Slack.
• Custom emojis — sync your workspace’s custom emojis so Twelfth can render them.
• Danger zone — Disconnect the workspace revokes the bot token and stops Twelfth posting to Slack.
