What Should I Do Today lists your open actions, overdue first, and twelfth Today keeps a count in the menu bar. Search Products finds a line by name, SKU, brand or supplier and shows stock, cover, sales and GP%. Projects shows each project's stage and open tasks, and Ask twelfth opens a chat with your question filled in.
It only reads, and it sees only what you see in the app. The setup guide covers signing in.
