Send twelfth a direct message, or @mention it in a space. It receives only those messages, not the rest of the space, and answers with the asker's own twelfth access. Someone it doesn't recognise yet gets a one-time sign-in link.
Setup is two steps in either order: a twelfth admin chooses Add to Google Chat under Settings → Comms & chat, and your Google Workspace admin installs the app. Until the Google Workspace Marketplace listing is live, contact us to enable it for your domain. The Google Chat guide has the details.
