Pricing intelligence

The Pricing intelligence module follows competitor list prices across the SKUs you have asked Twelfth to track. It turns those observations into three connected working surfaces:

  1. Brief explains what moved and where attention may be needed.
  2. Tracked set shows the underlying SKU-level coverage, prices, stock state, and index.
  3. Reports keeps internal weekly briefs and creates seller-safe reports for external conversations.

Clicking a product in the Tracked set opens its tracked SKU detail, where you can inspect price history and the rolling index before deciding what to do.

Workspace owners and admins manage the fixed SKU basket and selected retailer feeds in Tracked pricing set under Settings. The workspace plan controls how many SKUs and retailers the set may contain.

What the module can and cannot tell you

Pricing intelligence compares observed list prices and availability. It helps you see where your marketplace price has moved away from competitors, where a competitor cut or went out of stock, and which lines deserve a conversation.

It does not see sales, margin, funding, or a seller’s commercial constraints unless those data are supplied elsewhere. An index difference is a signal to investigate, not an automatic instruction to change price.

A shared tracked set

The tracked set and collected price history belong to the workspace. Filters change your view of that data; they do not change what the workspace is tracking.

A practical weekly workflow

  1. Start in Brief and choose the seller portfolio you are reviewing.
  2. Open an index tile or category’s See the SKUs action to carry that scope into the Tracked set.
  3. Filter the table, then open a SKU to inspect its price and index history.
  4. Ask Twelfth for context or open Reports with that SKU’s seller selected.
  5. Preview the outward-facing report before emailing it.
