Get started

Twelfth helps commercial teams move from scattered signals to clear decisions and owned action. Start by setting the shared defaults your team will work from.

  1. Choose your workspace. Open Settings → Workspace. Confirm the active workspace, add a recognisable name and logo, and switch workspace if you belong to more than one organisation.
  2. Set the team defaults. In Settings → Defaults, set the timezone, currency, country, briefing delivery, alerts, and decision guardrails for your team.
  3. Invite your team. In Settings → Members, invite colleagues as members or admins. Use domain access only if people with verified company email addresses should be able to join automatically.
  4. Protect access. Ask everyone to set up two-factor authentication in Security & access. Owners and admins can require it for the whole workspace in Workspace security.

Make it personal

Each person can choose their own home view, notifications, briefing override, and display preferences. Those choices do not change the workspace defaults.

Optional: connect an AI assistant

Owners and admins can connect a compatible AI assistant from Settings → AI & agents. The current connection is read-only and workspace-scoped. See AI and agents.

Tip

Start with the defaults and member access. You can refine notification and briefing preferences once the team has used Twelfth for a few days.
