Install Twelfth from ChatGPT’s marketplace
to connect ChatGPT to your workspace over MCP.
The connection reads by default and changes nothing unless you turn on Allow changes when connecting. You need an active Twelfth account and workspace.

Install in ChatGPT

Sign in with your Twelfth account. No API key needed.

Connect

  1. Open Twelfth in ChatGPT’s marketplace, or select Add to ChatGPT under Settings → AI & agents → Connect AI in Twelfth.
  2. On the listing, select Install plugin. Sign in to ChatGPT if asked.
  3. ChatGPT sends you to Twelfth. Sign in, choose the workspace and the read tools it may use, and approve.
  4. Ask ChatGPT to list its tools to confirm. The connection appears on the Usage tab in Twelfth.

There is no key to copy. The connection reads as you, within your remits, and
you can end it from Settings → AI & agents at any time.

Watch for changes

In a Work chat, ChatGPT can watch the workspace and act when something
happens. For example: “When new recommendations land in my remit, brief me on
the top three”, or “Tell me when a competitor cuts a price on anything I track”.

Connect with a key

For an assistant that cannot sign in, owners and admins can connect with a key
under Settings → API keys; see API keys.
