Connect under Settings → Integrations → Shopify. Twelfth reads supported
order events without changing your store. Owners and admins manage the connection.

Connect a store

1. Enter your your-store.myshopify.com domain and choose Connect.
2. Approve Shopify’s read permissions.
3. Return to Twelfth and check the store shows Connected.

A store belongs to one Twelfth workspace at a time. To move it, disconnect it
from the old workspace first. The stored credential is encrypted.

What arrives

New and updated orders, discounts and cancellations. Full historical,
catalogue and stock imports are not available yet; separate refund events are
not reconciled into refund lines.

source to avoid counting them twice.

Manage or disconnect

Manage shows the store, Last order and update errors. Disconnect
removes the connection; it does not erase all past commercial data.
