Retail Express
Retail Express (often shortened to Rex) appears in the Retail & POS
category under Settings → Integrations → Retail Express. Twelfth can operate
it as a custom, inbound read-only connection for a configured workspace.
When the row says managed by Twelfth, choose View to see connection
health and data freshness. There are no Retail Express credentials, endpoints,
or schedules for workspace members to configure. Use Contact Twelfth to
request a mapping change or report an issue.
What it will read
Retail Express holds the operational picture — SKUs, outlets, stock positions
and sales. As the source of truth it’s intended to keep Twelfth’s view of your
network current between full refreshes, feeding the recommendations you review
in the pipeline.
Like every Twelfth connector, it is inbound and read-only: Twelfth
reads from Retail Express and never writes back.
Request a connection
If Retail Express is not managed for your workspace, its row offers Request.
That opens the feedback form scoped to Retail Express so Twelfth can design the
custom extraction, mapping, and refresh policy with your team. See Requesting
a connection for how requests
work.
