Open Settings → Integrations. Owners and admins connect or manage sources.
Connected lists active connections; Ready to connect offers setup;
On request offers a request form.
Messaging apps are under Comms & chat. Where decisions go once made is Destinations, its own section under Data & AI.

Availability can vary by workspace. Each guide covers setup and current limits.
Google data access
One shared Google grant supports Search Console, Merchant Center, Chat and
linked Google Calendar sources. Use the same Google identity when adding
permissions. Disconnect Google disconnects those services together.
Merchant Center’s permission allows management even though Twelfth only reads.
Shared Drive files use the separate file-sharing flow.
One store, one workspace
A Shopify, Maropost or Adobe Commerce store belongs to one workspace at a time. Disconnect it
from the old workspace before connecting it elsewhere.
Extensions
Below the system connections, Extensions lists Twelfth for Excel
and Twelfth for Raycast. Each card links to its setup guide
and shows whether it is available to install. Raycast’s Store listing is in review.
Extension connections and their access can be reviewed under AI & agents → Usage.
Use the search icon at the top right to filter systems and extensions by name or
category. Press Escape or select the close icon to restore the full list.
Custom integrations
For a system not listed, choose Custom integration → Set up. See
Custom integrations for APIs, file drops and
warehouse access scoped with your team.
Requesting a connection
Choose Request on a connector or Request an integration to name another
system. Include the data and workflow you need. See Requests.
