Connect under Settings → Integrations → monday.com. One account supplies
boards as calendars or assistant context. twelfth only reads; it never edits
boards or creates board webhooks.

Connect the account

Owners and admins choose Connect monday.com and approve read access.
Boards visible to that account become available automatically.

Reconnect with the same monday account. To switch accounts, disconnect first.
Disconnecting or removing the app stops reads without changing monday data.

Boards as AI context

Choose Boards as AI context → Add a board. Pick the board, workspace or
remit scope, and a short description of what it helps explain.

Admins can link to any scope; remit owners can link within their remits.
Members read workspace-wide boards and boards in their remits.

Snapshots refresh when more than an hour old and needed by the assistant.
Refresh reads now; Remove unlinks context without removing a calendar
that uses the same board. Linked boards also appear on Artefacts.

Limits

Up to 5,000 items and 52 columns. Large boards are capped or rejected with an
explanation. API reads count against your monday account’s allowance; twelfth
reuses reads for a minute to reduce repeated calls.

Boards as calendars

Choose Map a board to a calendar, or open Settings → Calendars.
Review the column mapping and optionally choose a group. The board stays the
source of truth and can serve the workspace or one remit.
