Reading the Overview
Overview is a read-only view of the decision pipeline as a whole. Where Triage, Pending, and Decisions each show individual items, Overview shows the flow — how much work is moving from Triage into Pending, broken down by decision type and volume.

What it shows
- Where work is concentrated — which decision types (price, purchase orders, transfers, watch list, promo, clearance) dominate this week.
- Where work is piling up — a large Triage volume that is not converting into committed decisions.
- Throughput — whether the team is keeping pace with what twelfth is surfacing.
Reading the flow diagram
The Triage → Pending → Outcome diagram is one cohort of lines followed left to right. Each band is a decision type, and each box is where those lines have got to:

| Awaiting review | Still in Triage. Surfaced for you, but not yet reached Pending |
| Reached pending | Made it to Pending — including lines since decided or dropped |
| Uncommitted | In Pending right now, not yet recorded as a decision |
| Decided | Recorded as a decision during the selected window |
| Dropped | Removed from the flow during the selected window, with the reason shown under the diagram |
Triage and Pending counts are live — what is in those queues right now. Outcomes (decided and dropped) are windowed — only what happened in the 7d, 30d, or 90d period you have selected. Changing the window changes the outcome columns, not the live ones.
The narrow bands are labelled in a card beside the diagram rather than inside the box, so a decision type with only a handful of lines is still readable.
How to use it
Overview is for standing back, not for acting on a single item — it is deliberately read-only. Use it to plan where to spend attention, then jump into Triage or Pending to do the work.
Home is your starting point for the day — your briefing and the composer for asking Twelfth. Overview is the map of the pipeline itself. They answer different questions: what should I do next? versus where is the work flowing?
