Use the Tracked set
The Tracked set is the evidence table behind Pricing intelligence. It shows every SKU the workspace has asked Twelfth to watch, the seller range it belongs to, where it is matched, its observed price position, and when it was last seen.
Open Tracked set from the left rail, or follow a tile or category link from the Brief to arrive with that scope already applied.
Narrow the table
The controls above the table filter or reshape the current view:
- Category selects one or more departments; Subcategory selects the leaves within them.
- Seller narrows the range to one or more marketplace sellers.
- Retailers chooses up to four competitor columns. Twelfth initially ranks them by coverage for the rows currently on screen.
- Display shows or hides any table column. You can also use the minus control beside a column heading; the table always keeps at least one column visible.
- Any index → 5%+ over any keeps lines where at least one shown comparison places your price materially over the market.
- Live, 4 wk, 8 wk, 12 wk changes the price and index window.
Links from the Brief can also apply matched-SKU, competitor, seller, and window filters. The URL holds these choices, so a shared link opens the same view.
Read a row
- Barcode is the tracked SKU identifier; click anywhere on the row to open its detail page.
- Seller shows how many marketplace sellers carry the article. Select the count to reveal every seller name observed on the latest scrape; older rows may show the representative seller until the next scrape fills the roster.
- Seen at uses a dot for each displayed retailer: in stock, out of stock, or not matched.
- WMP now is today’s observed price. On a rolling window, WMP avg is the matched average for that period.
- Trend shows the direction of your observed price over the selected window.
- vs retailer shows today’s competitor price in Live mode and a 100-based index in rolling modes.
- Last seen tells you how fresh the row’s observation is.
On the Tracked set’s 100-based index, 100 is parity, a value below 100 means the competitor is cheaper, and a value above 100 means your marketplace price is cheaper. Copper text marks a line where your price is at least about 5% over a competitor. A dash means the SKU is unmatched or lacks enough paired price history; OOS means the retailer was matched but is currently out of stock.
Suggestions, managing the set, and export
Suggested category rows are not yet part of the tracked set. Choose Add to tracked set or Dismiss. Newly accepted lines may remain unmatched until collection has observed and paired them.
Choose Manage set to open Tracked pricing set in Settings. Workspace owners and admins can import the fixed GTIN basket, review its product attributes, and select the Australian retailer feeds collected against it. The plan’s SKU and retailer allowances are shown there but cannot be changed by a customer.
Use Export for the tracked-set CSV or 12 weeks of daily prices. GCS and BigQuery destinations require export setup.
When you open a SKU, the Tracked set back link restores the filters from the list you came from. A direct link with no saved list context returns to the unfiltered set.
