Open Settings → Profile to manage your personal identity in Twelfth.
Profile fields
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Display name | The name shown to colleagues across your Twelfth workspaces. This cannot be blank. |
| Title | Your job title, such as “Head of Commercial”. |
| Role | A description of your functional role, such as “Category manager”. This describes your work; it does not grant access. |
| Your sign-in email. It is shown for reference and cannot be changed from this form. If you sign in with Google, the address comes from your Google account and is managed in Security & access. |
Fields save when you leave them. Your title and role describe your work; they do not grant access. Workspace access is managed in Members.
Profile photo
Select your photo to upload a replacement. Twelfth accepts PNG, JPEG, and WebP images up to 5 MB. It crops the image to a square and saves a compact 256px version.
Your profile photo and name help people identify you. Workspace roles and permissions are managed separately in Members.
