Your daily briefing
The briefing is your morning read on your commercial book: what changed overnight, the tasks Twelfth has raised for you, and what is worth your attention today.
Read the summary on Home, or open Briefing from the global search (⌘K / Ctrl K) for the full read.
What it covers
- the decisions ready for you today,
- signals that crossed a guardrail overnight,
- promotions approaching a commitment date, and
- a portfolio and category read (in the deeper weekly brief).
Delivery and timing
The workspace sets a starting point for everyone: the delivery time, the channel (email, in-app, or both), and whether a longer Monday deep brief goes out. Owners and admins set these in Briefings & alerts.
You can override the delivery for yourself in Notifications without changing anyone else’s. Change when your brief arrives, where it is delivered, or turn the deep brief on or off.
