Create and send pricing reports
Reports holds two document types for two different audiences:
- Weekly briefs are internal. They can name competitors, compare sellers, and preserve the week’s pricing-intelligence narrative.
- Seller reports are external. Each report contains only that seller’s range and position against the market; it never exposes another seller’s name, price, or tracked lines.
Open Reports from the left rail. A link from a tracked SKU can arrive with that SKU’s seller already selected.
Generate a seller report
When a seller is selected and there is no current-week draft, choose Generate seller’s report. Twelfth creates a seller-safe draft from that seller’s tracked lines and the relevant observations for the week.
The list labels each document as Draft · generated or Sent, and records whether it came from the Brief or was created manually.
Preview before sending
Choose Preview to inspect the exact report body. The preview leads with a plain-language summary, the lines that need attention, areas where the seller is ahead, and a coverage note. Full line detail expands the underlying SKU table with the seller’s price, competitor comparisons, stock state, and a suggestion per SKU.
A seller report excludes:
- other sellers’ names and prices,
- sales and margin data, and
- tracked SKUs outside the selected seller’s range.
Use Ask twelfth about this in the preview to prepare the seller conversation from the same report context.
Email a seller report
Choose Email, enter the recipient, and confirm Send. Twelfth emails the seller-safe HTML shown in Preview. Weekly briefs do not expose an Email action from this page because they are internal documents.
Confirm the seller, reporting week, coverage note, and line-level suggestions before sending. Pricing intelligence is based on observed list prices and availability, so add any commercial context the recipient needs outside the generated report.
