The Pending queue
Pending is the middle stage of the decision pipeline. It holds decisions you have already committed but that have not yet been actioned in your operational system — the purchase order still to be raised, the price change still to be pushed, the transfer still to be booked.
Open Pending from the left rail, between Triage and Decisions.
One queue, every decision type
Pending rolls up all decision types in a single place. The type is a label on the decision, not a separate destination:
| Type | What it commits |
|---|---|
| Price | A price change on one or more lines. |
| Purchase order | A buy or replenishment order to a supplier. |
| Transfer | Moving stock between locations. |
| Watch list | Items you are monitoring, with no action due yet. |
| Promo / clearance | Promotional and clearance decisions. |
Working the queue
The preview pane shows the selected committed decision — its lines, the committed values, and how they compare to what was recommended. Use the navigator to filter and group by type, supplier, or category so you can raise a batch of related decisions together.
An item leaves Pending when the order or change is raised in your operational system. At that point it becomes a permanent entry in the Decisions log.
An empty Pending queue simply means everything you have committed has been raised. New decisions committed out of Triage land here automatically.
