Members

Open Settings → Members to manage people in the active workspace. Owners and admins can invite people, update access, and configure domain access.

The invite box sits at the top of the page and is always available. Below it, three subtabs organise the rest:

  • Members — the list of people who belong to the workspace.
  • Pending — invitations that have been sent but not yet accepted. The count of outstanding invites shows on the tab.
  • Settings — workspace-level joining rules, such as automatic company-domain access.

Invite a member

At the top of the page, enter a colleague’s email, choose Member or Admin, then select Invite member. This is available from every subtab.

Role Can do
Owner or admin Manage workspace settings, members, invitations, security, and API keys.
Member Manage their own profile, preferences, notifications, and account security.

Members tab

Search the list or select Export CSV to download membership data. For reporting lines, remits, and each person’s decision history, open the People directory.

Pending tab

See invitations that haven’t been accepted yet, with who invited them and when they expire. Invites lapse after 48 hours — from a pending invite’s menu, choose Resend invite to reset the clock (there’s a short cooldown before you can resend again), or Cancel invite to rescind one. Once someone accepts, their invite drops off this tab and they appear under Members.

Company domain access

Owners and admins can allow anyone with a verified company-email address on your domain to join automatically. Personal email providers are never eligible, and a domain can belong to only one workspace.

Verify your own email first

You can only turn on domain access once your own work email is verified — see Verify your email. Until then the toggle prompts you to verify first.

Deactivate or reactivate access

Deactivate access without deleting the person, membership, or history. Select Reactivate to restore access later.

Warning

Deactivation is limited to the active workspace. It does not remove the person from any other Twelfth workspace they belong to.
