Manage the tracked pricing set

Tracked pricing set in Settings defines what Pricing intelligence collects for the workspace. It connects a fixed basket of customer SKUs to one or more retailer feeds; the resulting observations appear in the operational Tracked set.

Workspace members can view the configuration. Owners and admins can replace and save the product basket and tracked sets. Twelfth staff manage which retailers and listing types are collected; workspace owners and admins choose which permitted retailers appear in the pricing mix.

Use the four tabs to move between Tracked sets, Products, Retailers, and shared Settings such as delivery checks. Products is the full list Twelfth tracks once; tracked sets are reusable pricing views over that list. A link from the Tracked set opens the relevant tab directly.

Workspace plan

The Workspace plan card shows two allowances:

• the maximum number of unique SKUs in the basket, and
• the maximum number of retailer feeds selected for coverage.

These values are organisation contract controls provisioned by Twelfth. They are read-only in customer Settings and may differ between workspaces. Contact your Twelfth representative if the set needs more capacity.

The customer selector currently exposes Australian retailer feeds only. Twelfth may operate feeds in other regions, but they do not appear or become selectable until regional support is enabled for customers.

Import products

Choose Import CSV or Excel or Paste GTINs or CSV. The import accepts:

• one GTIN per line for backward compatibility, or
• CSV or Excel with Customer SKU, Product Title, Brand, Category, Own Price, and Currency, plus optional GTIN, MPN, pack, fitment, grouping, and retailer product-URL fields.

Customer SKU is the durable workspace key. GTIN/Barcode/EAN/UPC and brand plus MPN are optional cross-retailer matching signals. Rich pack, model, variant, and fitment attributes help prevent false matches.

The import replaces the current draft basket and renders it as a searchable table. Review the customer SKU, product name, brand, category, identifiers, and tags, and remove unwanted rows before saving. Duplicate customer SKUs collapse to one row. Choose Download CSV to keep a copy of the current basket before replacing it.

Define tracked sets

Everything always includes every product in the uploaded list and every retailer approved for the workspace. Add a named tracked set when a team needs a narrower working view. Select Everything or View prices on any published set to open that pricing view in the app.

A named set can select individual customer SKUs, categories, or tags from the uploaded product feed, plus a subset of the approved retailers. Search inside the product selector by customer SKU, product name, GTIN, brand, or category. Product filters are inclusive: a product belongs when it matches any selected product, category, or tag. Leaving either dimension on All keeps its wildcard. The same SKU can appear in several sets without being matched or scraped twice; sets change the working view, not the underlying collection record.

Retailer coverage

Your workspace sees only the retailers Twelfth has assigned to it. Listings shows the listing types being collected. Owners and admins use Shown to leave a retailer out of prices, market comparisons and chat, or restore it. These switches save immediately. Collection continues while a retailer is hidden, so restoring it retains its history. Hidden retailers still count towards the collection allowance.

Twelfth staff see the full Australian catalogue, its readiness and request states, and can change Tracked and the 1P or Marketplace listing types within the plan allowance. At least one listing type must remain enabled for every selected retailer. Coverage changes are saved with Save tracked pricing set. Contact Twelfth to change which retailers your workspace tracks.

Every selected retailer is approved for the fixed SKU basket. Named tracked sets may narrow that list for a working view. Collection deduplicates exact GTIN, or normalised brand plus MPN, retailer targets across customer workspaces; SKUs without those identifiers stay organisation-scoped. That sharing does not expose one customer’s set or data to another.

A workspace is never offered its own retailer. A retailer withheld from the workspace remains visible only when it is an existing selection, with a Remove state and the reason, so it can be removed safely.

Delivery checks

Enable Delivery checks when price comparison should include evidence for configured Australian postcodes. The workspace defaults can be overridden by more specific retailer, listing-type, seller, or product rules managed through the service.

Save and view prices

Choose Save tracked pricing set to publish a new revision into the watch pool. New or changed targets may remain unmatched until a collection run identifies the retailer listing and accumulates enough history.

Choose View tracked prices to return to the Tracked set and inspect current coverage and observations.
