Open Settings → Notifications to choose your personal delivery schedule and alert preferences.
Briefing delivery
Briefings are off until you turn them on. Once enabled, delivery starts with the workspace default, and you can set a personal override for any of these controls:

| Delivery time | Any half-hour time of day. |
| Channel | Email and in-app, email only, or in-app only. |
| Monday deep brief | Turns the weekly portfolio and category read on or off. |
Select Use workspace briefing defaults to remove your personal override and return to the workspace schedule.
Alert types
Every alert starts off. Each one inherits the workspace default until you make your own choice, so you receive an alert only when you or a workspace admin has turned it on.

| Decide-today alerts | A decision reaches your sign-off. |
| Above-threshold escalations | A commercial signal exceeds its configured guardrail. |
| Promo lock-date reminders | A promotion approaches its commitment date. |
| Weekly digest | Your regular portfolio and category summary. |
Turning off an alert changes only your delivery. It does not change the workspace default or stop the underlying decision or escalation.
