Qoblex data mapping and troubleshooting
Qoblex data mapping and troubleshooting
Use this guide when a sync succeeds but the product or figures are not what
you expected. Inbound sync
explains when each source is read.
Products, suppliers and lead times
| Qoblex field | How Twelfth uses it |
|---|---|
| Product type | Product category and an initial remit. A missing type becomes Uncategorised. Regroup under Categories and remits. |
| Supplier link | The default variant-supplier link is preferred; otherwise the first available link or supplier is used. Missing supplier access can leave the product without a supplier. |
| Unit cost | Moving-average cost, with purchase price as the fallback when it is absent or zero. If neither supplies a usable cost, the imported cost is zero. This is catalogue cost, not historical cost on the sale date. |
| Lead time | The selected supplier link’s positive lead time, rounded to days. Missing, zero or invalid lead times stay unknown, rather than becoming same-day supply. |
Catalogue and sales are both needed for Performance: products supply category
and cost context for their sales. A received sales line without its catalogue
context may not appear in the expected view.
Sales and tax
Sales use the order line’s unit price and quantity. Quotes are not sales.
Cancelled or deleted orders keep their lines marked voided, so they drop out of
sales totals. An order that reverts to a quote is voided too.
Each sale order can declare a different tax basis from the account. Twelfth
keeps the order’s basis and line tax rate, then uses that rate to align the
figures to the account basis where both are available. If the order basis or
rate is absent, no conversion is invented. Check the account’s tax settings
and the actual order when figures differ from the raw line price.
Qoblex permits fractional quantities; the current import rounds sales and
purchase quantities to whole units. Take this into account for products sold
by weight or length.
Stock and purchase orders
Location stock is read with catalogue data. Purchase-order lines include
ordered and received quantities, supplier, status, costs and expected dates.
The expected date uses the line ETA, then the order due date, then the order’s
creation date if neither is supplied. That fallback is not a confirmed delivery
promise from the supplier.
Source coverage and availability in a particular workspace view are different.
Ask Twelfth if imported stock or supplier facts are missing from the surface
you need.
Sales look doubled
If Shopify orders flow into Qoblex and the workspace connects both, a sale can
arrive from both sources. Choose one source for those sales; there is no
cross-provider deduplication here.
A product or supplier is missing
Check the product type, variant SKU and supplier access in Qoblex. Variants
without a SKU cannot be imported as a product. Let the next catalogue pass
finish or use Sync now, then review the counts and last error.
