My workspaces
A Twelfth workspace is an organisation and its shared data. Open Settings → Personal → My workspaces to see every workspace you belong to and move between them. This page is yours: what it lists depends on your memberships, not on the workspace you are in.
Switch, create, and leave
Each workspace you belong to is listed with a Switch action. Switching changes the active organisation for the app and for every workspace-level setting. You can also create a new workspace from here.
To leave a workspace you’re a member of, use Leave workspace and confirm by typing the workspace name.
Invitations
Pending invitations are shown here too. Select Accept to join the invited workspace, or Decline to dismiss it. Invitations are organisation-specific; Twelfth does not create personal workspaces.
Your profile and preferences remain your own after you join. Your permissions in the new workspace are set by your membership role.
Which workspace am I in?
The active workspace is named in the workspace switcher at the top of the left rail. If you belong to more than one, check it before changing anything under Business, Capabilities, Admin or Data & AI — those settings belong to the workspace, not to you.
