Twelfth for Chrome

Twelfth for Chrome

Twelfth for Chrome is a side panel that shows what Twelfth knows about a product while you look at it on your own store: stock on hand, on order, rate of sale, cover, sales, GP and Twelfth’s recorded price beside the page’s price, plus the competitor prices Twelfth last collected when your workspace has price intelligence. It only reads; it can’t change anything in Twelfth.

Install

Twelfth for Chrome is in pilot. Ask your Twelfth contact for the build, then load it at chrome://extensions → Developer mode → Load unpacked.

  1. Click the Twelfth button in Chrome’s toolbar. The side panel opens.
  2. Select Sign in to Twelfth, sign in, and choose the workspace. Select Allow access.

The connection appears under Settings → AI & agents. End it there at any time. One connection reads one workspace: to switch workspace, sign out in the panel’s settings and sign in again.

Use it

  1. Open a product page on your store and click the Twelfth button. The panel reads that page.
  2. The product and its Twelfth price show first; competitor prices and their four-week trend follow as they load.
  3. Move to another product on the same store, or switch back to a tab you read before, and the panel follows. On another website, click the button again.

History (the clock in the panel’s header) lists the products you viewed recently on this device. Select one to open its page.

What it reads

Twelfth reads a page only after you click its button on that site, and only the page’s product details: title, SKU, GTIN, MPN, price, availability and canonical URL. They’re shown under What this page says. It reads no cookies, forms or other page content, and nothing is written to Twelfth.

Which store is yours comes from the website your workspace was set up with. If Twelfth doesn’t know it, choose This is our store on one of your product pages; that choice stays on this device.

Which product it is comes from the page’s SKU, MPN or GTIN. When none of them is a SKU Twelfth knows, the panel offers matching products to choose from. A product you choose is shown for that page only; it never changes Twelfth’s matching.
