Supplier range and invoices

Supplier range and invoices

Range

The Range tab lists every product your data says this supplier provides, in the remits you can see. The tab’s label carries the count, for example Range (332).

Each row shows the product, its category, its remit, and how many open items name it. Select a category or remit on a row to filter the list to it; select it again to clear.

  • Search matches brand, product name, SKU, or your source system’s product id.
  • Filter narrows by Category and, when the supplier spans more than one remit, by Remit, with a count beside each.
  • The count above the list says how many of the range are showing: “Showing 40 of 332”.

The SKU has its own copy button. Select a row to open it: the full product name is shown (long names are cut short until then), with a copy button for the name, and any open work on that product is listed underneath. Only one row is open at a time.

The list loads more as you scroll.

A product appears here as soon as your source system names this supplier on it. If the list is empty, no product in your remits names this supplier yet.

Invoices

The Invoices tab appears only when there is something to show. Its label carries the count, for example Invoices (3).

It lists deliveries invoiced above the order: lines where the supplier invoiced a higher unit price than the purchase order said. Lines whose purchase order had no cost, and lines invoiced below the order price, are left out.

Invoice and purchase-order references link to the record in your source system when your workspace has those links set up. Copy puts the table on the clipboard; Download CSV saves it as a file.
